Business Process Outsourcing Services

The Integrator division undertakes projects in the form of Outsourcing services for Public Sector organizations. These projects involve operation support services and are specialized, complex, with increased data volume needs, implementation time and information security demands.

As part of these services, the Integrator division has undertaken:

• The collection and broadcast of election results from 1981 until today. SingularLogic retains complete project management and covers all related requirements using state of the art facilities, and an advanced telecommunications network, that allows interconnection between dozens of PCs and 25 regional points (connection with the Ministry of Interior, Press Room, 7 radio stations, 5 political parties, and 7 television stations), thus ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the IT system. At the same time the division coordinates the activities of over 200 people working in geographically remote locations.
  
• The Ifestos project for the Ministry of Economy and Finance. This project involves the creation of an IT system and the provision of computerized monitoring and administration services for all heating petrol transactions realized by traders at all stages.
